The Client

My client is a global soft commodities business with offices worldwide. Due to business growth, they are recruiting a talented Product Owner to join their Global Transformation Team.

The Role

This role involves supporting the digitisation of data within their 'Origins' programme. You will lead a team that provides training, services, and support to users.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying opportunities for data digitisation, managing end-to-end support, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires travel to origin locations to understand operations and provide application training and support for end-users.

Your Profile

Applicants should have at least 4 years of experience in a Service Delivery Manager, Application Support, or Senior Support Analyst role within commodities, logistics, supply chain, or FMCG sectors. Experience in partnering with users across businesses and being comfortable with 30% international travel is essential. The role requires being based in their London City office 3 days a week.
