Job summary

Ada Meher Limited is recruiting a Service Delivery Manager / IT Services Manager for Royal Hillsborough, Hybrid. You will lead the Service Desk, Incident Management & End-User Services with a focus on ITIL processes and a team of 10+ engineers.

The role offers a flexible hybrid model, with three days in the office and remote work for the rest of the week, and a clear path toward Head of IT Services in the long term.

Qualifications

• Leads a team across Service Desk, Incident Management & End-User Services in a multi-site environment.
• Knows metrics for measuring service levels.
• Experience managing 10+ staff.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Experience managing Vendor & MSP relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Desk, Incident Management & End-User Services across multiple sites.
• Drive ITIL-based service delivery and improvements.
• Oversee vendor relationships and MSP partnerships.
• Mentor and develop a growing team of engineers.
