Job summary

Airbus Cyber Security in Newport is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our expanding Support Team. Reporting to the Support Programme Manager, you will drive data analytics, monitor SLAs and support ongoing compliance across cyber programmes.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensure clear communication, and maintain high standards of customer support in a fast-paced cyber security environment. Training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience of service delivery coordination, administrative support, or task management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience of utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience of identifying operational efficiencies and making constructive suggestions to improve team processes and work practices. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
• Experience of data analytics, collating metrics, and producing detailed reports or graphical data to track service performance and SLAs.

• Conduct data analytics and collate complex information to create comprehensive reports, metrics, and graphical data.
• Measure and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure strict adherence to customer contracts and service expectations.
• Coordinate regular, essential administrative and support tasks required to maintain compliance across cyber programmes.
• Make constructive suggestions to continuously improve internal processes, reporting tools, and team work practices.
• Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Maintain high standards of customer support while adapting rapidly to the evolving needs of a fast-paced cyber security environment.

Job description

Airbus Cyber Security is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our expanding Support Team in Newport. Reporting directly to the Support Programme Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring we seamlessly meet our customer contract obligations. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to drive data analytics, monitor service levels, and implement continuous process improvements within a fast-paced environment (with full training provided in key areas where necessary).
