Job Overview:

The Coordinator is responsible for data integrity and system workflow invoice processing for the Clinical Equipment Management Program. The position will acquire and upload appropriate documentation for system processing. He/she will coordinate with Barnabas Health stakeholders, vendors and employees on resolving all requests by providing excellent customer service and resolving all questions and concerns.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma required
  • Experience working within the healthcare field preferred
  • 1 -2 years experience in an administrative position

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Fully Remote
  • Schedule Hours: M-F, 8A-4P

Essential Functions

  • Accurate data entry in preparation for invoice upload
  • Ensure all documentation including invoices, work orders packing slips, shipping and return documentation and authorizations are received, accurate and uploaded daily as needed
  • Monitor dashboard and track requests to resolution
  • Provide high level of customer service to all end users and internal/external customers
  • Research and resolve inquiries from stakeholders or vendors
