P3 Charity (People Potential Possibilities) is seeking an exceptional Service Coordinator to join the Derbyshire Independent Living team, supporting people across Chesterfield, Ripley and surrounding areas. You will work with the Service Manager to deliver high-quality housing and community support that transforms lives.

You will lead and inspire Support Workers, ensure service quality and compliance, manage referrals and reviews, and build partnerships to provide person-centred support.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience coordinating housing/health/social care services.
• Experience leading and developing staff teams.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and support planning.
• Strong organisational, communication and partnership skills.
