Based in the Cheddar/Bridgwater/Wells area, you'll join an electro-mechanical group known for specialist repair and support work, with a focus on accuracy, communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in service engineering or similar background.
• Willingness to transition from the tools to an office-based role with training.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for technical enquiries from customers, sales team and Site Service Engineers.
• Coordinate and estimate for repairs, servicing, installations and refurbishment works after training.
• Prepare accurate quotations and support project coordination on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Office Based: Commutable from Cheddar, Weston-Super-Mare, Wells, Bridgwater, Bristol and surrounding areas

Are you a Service Engineer looking to take the step off the tools into a office-based Coordinating / Estimating role with full training provided, whilst also maintaining a great work-life balance in this static Monday-Friday role?

On offer is the opportunity to take the step off the tools into a Technical Office based role whilst continuing to work your way up the ladder for an ever-growing electro-mechanical company who will offer full training and development.

You’ll be joining an industry-leading electromechanical services provider working with rotating equipment, known for specialist repair and support work. It’s a hands-on, practical environment where strong communication and attention to detail are genuinely valued.

Once upskilled, you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for technical enquiries from sales, providing accurate quotations for repairs, servicing, installations and refurbishment works amongst other duties.

This role would suit a service engineer looking to take the step off the tools within an office-based role with full training provided as well as excellent progression opportunities as part of a rapidly growing electro-mechanical group.
