Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Technical Service Coordinator / Estimator (Full Training off the Tools). The role is office-based with a salary around £38,000, offering training off the tools, a Monday–Friday schedule and strong career progression.

Based in the Cheddar/Bridgwater/Wells area, you'll join an electro-mechanical group known for specialist repair and support work, with a focus on accuracy, communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in service engineering or similar background.
• Willingness to transition from the tools to an office-based role with training.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for technical enquiries from customers, sales team and Site Service Engineers.
• Coordinate and estimate for repairs, servicing, installations and refurbishment works after training.
• Prepare accurate quotations and support project coordination on a Monday–Friday schedule.
