Your new role
As a Service Coordinator, your primary focus will be to work closely with customers, discussing engineering tasks that need to be completed and then booking engineers to complete them. You will need to coordinate resources, both personnel and parts, and schedule them efficiently using the CRM system. You will provide quotes, check the availability of engineers against the customers' requested date, and ensure that all booked jobs are up-to-date and accurate in the system.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working in a similar position would be advantageous, though not essential. This role will require the successful candidate to constantly communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to organise repair, maintenance, and installation work, so you'll need solid communication skills and an excellent work ethic.
