Job Description

As a Service Coordinator, you’ll manage and log calls and emails from clients, accurately interpreting contractual and operational requirements.

You will play a key role in ensuring the Helpdesk consistently exceeds client expectations, providing timely, effective, and professional support.

This is a great opportunity for someone organised, customer-focused, and keen to contribute to a team delivering world-class facilities management services.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for client calls and emails, logging and processing requests accurately
  • Identify appropriate solutions and escalate issues when required
  • Maintain and update facilities management systems (e.g. Maximo) and related records
  • Provide professional, customer-focused helpdesk support and general administration
  • Support the account delivery team with administrative tasks and reporting
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, procedures, and client contracts
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, or administrative role
  • Strong call handling background with a professional telephone manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team to achieve shared goals
  • Highly organised with strong planning and scheduling skills
