Work Base: Office-based with travel

Salary: £30,810.00 - £33,150.00 per annum plus £150 per month car allowance

Hours per week: 37.5

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

You will assist the Operations Manager in the overall management of the service, focusing on delivering a person-centred, holistic, and accessible support service.

We are looking for a highly motivated, confident, and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage challenging situations.

You will excel at developing strong positive partnerships to help people seamlessly access different types of help, advice, and support, connecting with the wider community and networks to ensure each person receives the help they need to flourish.
