Service Coordinator / Service Manager - Kings Norton

Salary: £30K - £40K, 37.5 hours per week, pension, 25 days holiday

This role involves managing after-sales service and spare parts supply. It is a customer service-based role for a machinery manufacturer and includes visiting customers.

The role

• Providing high-level, proactive customer service for spare parts and maintenance services
• Primarily office-based with occasional customer visits
• Customer relationship and account management
• Visiting customers post-sale of machinery solutions
• Ensuring timely delivery of spare parts
