Job description

Ten Live Ltd are urgently recruiting a Service Coordinator for one of our clients based in the Rotherham area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-growing and adaptable business.

Job Description

Working within a small team of Service Coordinators, you will receive service requests from both internal and external customers and be expected to provide an efficient and effective service.

You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and prioritizing all service and maintenance calls for customers across the UK, and coordinating our team of Service Technicians to carry these out efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Raise service calls using our scheduling software and communicate the anticipated repair pathway.
  2. Effectively triage service requests to ensure relevant information is gathered and accurately recorded to support first-time fixes.
  3. Develop an understanding of our equipment (training provided), and assist customers in diagnosing and resolving faults remotely where possible.
  4. Dispatch service calls to Field Service Technicians via scheduling software.
  5. Communicate with customers to keep them updated on any changes.
  6. Review calls throughout the day and highlight key learning points.
  7. Report issues daily to the Field Service Manager.
  8. Follow internal processes to ensure high service quality.

Job Requirements

Pay: £28,000 per annum plus quarterly or annual bonus.

Hours: 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.

Contract: Permanent.
