Service Coordinator

Industrial Filtration & Extraction Equipment - Daily Access to Northamptonshire Office

Office based in Northampton

Commutable from: Milton Keynes, Bedford, Daventry

£28,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary + Bonus + Benefits + Training

Our client is on the search for an experienced service coordinator looking for a new challenge. They have a wealth of experience in their sector.

The Client recruiting for the Service Coordinator:

  • Our client is expanding and on the lookout for an experienced service coordinator.
  • Over 25 years of building strong customer relationships.
  • Known for excellence and a prestigious client base.
  • Providing specialist systems to ensure manufacturing companies are safe for employees.
  • Work with renowned companies in the F1, Automotive, Aerospace, and Electronics sectors, amongst others.

Your Role as a Service Coordinator:

  • Liaising with external customers to provide quotes for services, training courses, and LEV testing.
  • Gathering information to update the internal CRM.
  • Updating engineer issued LEV reports along with other documentation
  • Order processing and correctly raising invoices as required.
  • Planning and scheduling of engineer visits to customer sites.
  • ~8am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday, 8am - 3pm Friday

Ideal Background for the Service Coordinator Position:

  • 3+ years' experience in an office based, customer dealing environment, ideally as a service coordinator.
  • Experience dealing with construction or engineering companies is highly desirable.
  • Strong telephone communication skills
  • Exposure to Xero and Tradify is beneficial but not essential.
  • Happy and able to travel to the Northampton site daily.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

The Package for the Service Coordinator:

  • £28,000 - £35,000 based on experience.
  • Company performance related bonus.
