Your Role And Responsibilities
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team, in ABBs Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area. In this role, you would be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of planned preventative maintenance service activities for robots at customer sites mainly in the UK and Ireland, ensuring full compliance with ABBs and customer standards, policies, and procedures. Acting as the single point of contact during service execution, this role champions customer satisfaction, resource optimization, and service excellence.Robotics is a very interesting field, offering constant development possibilities and making every day different. We have a positive and joyful atmosphere, and no micromanagement.Please note that the work model for the role is onsite, which means working at our Milton Keynes office 5 days per week. This is a full-time position, but daily working hours can be somewhat flexible.In this role, you will collaborate with two other Service Coordinators to optimize allocation of Field Service Engineers. You will ensure a responsive and professional support to exceed customer expectations, and resolve any issues in collaboration with engineers and managers. Youll also need to take into account agreements and compliance. As part of tracking the service job completion, youll ensure timely and accurate documentation and monitor & manage the cost of poor quality to minimize rework. We also expect you to proactively offer ideas on how to further develop the service delivery processes.
