Job summary

Finning is seeking a Service Planning/ Scheduling professional to coordinate service schedules, engage with customers, and manage work orders to support timely invoicing.

The role involves backlog management, data analysis for planning, and close collaboration with PM engineers and contract teams to optimise service delivery and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in service planning/scheduling is a plus.
• Strong project management and planning skills.
• Proven ability to analyse data for planning decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient IT skills and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Review contract information to ensure accurate service schedules.

• Provide updates on adherence to targets and utilisation of standard job templates.

Description

• Reviews contract/agreement information to ensure accurate service schedule is set up in contract management tool (25%)
• Contact customers to arrange servicing, open work orders and schedule service event through PM engineer team (25%)
• Manage work order to ensure timely invoicing, including managing costs in C20 account (25%)
• Takes ownership of any backlog from events using case management and workforce enablement platform (10%).
• Reviews information from the PM intervention to ensure any follow up actions are raised with the customer, service operation, or product support account manager (5%)
• Collaborates with Contract Performance Consultant to optimise information gathered (5%)
• Provide regular updates on PM adherence actual versus target, PM standard job utilisation and PM parts and labour variance (5%)
