Job summary

Adullam Homes Housing Association is seeking a Service Coordinator based in Bolton to develop and deliver tailored support packages for residents. You will protect, support and educate service users on safeguarding matters, contributing to our values and ethos while based in our Bolton offices.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, working with vulnerable individuals, and organisational culture. Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not provided.

To develop and deliver a person-centred support package that is tailored to the needs of each person accessing the service.

To protect, support and educate individuals accessing the service about incidents and safeguarding in a person-centred way to meet the needs and ensure safety of the people within our accommodation in line with the Associations values, policies and procedures.

You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos. Please see the job description for more information.
