Based near Belfast our client distributes a range of construction equipment and agricultural plant.

They are currently seeking a Service Coordinator to work closely with customers and the service department, who provide routine and reactive maintenance and servicing to their client base.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining effective communication keeping all relevant parties informed, always managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring all invoices are processed in a timely manner.
• Coordinating work in progress by ensuring repair jobs are completed in a timely manner.
• Produce service contracts and quote customers for repairs.
• Effectively problem solve and take ownership of issues to resolution.

Criteria:

• Previous relevant experience in a service role working with automotive, plant / , agricultural or similar equipment
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• IT Literate

Salary is in the region of £28-30k depending on experience.
