This is a chance to join a genuinely exciting SME where your skills, ideas, and ambition will be recognised and celebrated. As our new Service Co-Ordinator, you’ll play a central role in making sure our services are delivered to the highest standards, act as the dedicated point of contact for your own portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and ensuring they receive an exceptional level of service at all times, all whilst helping to shape the future of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of casework delivery; from first instruction to final return. You’ll ensure that every case flows smoothly through our systems, meeting deadlines, exceeding expectations, and making our clients’ lives easier. You’ll become the go-to person for quality, consistency, and care.

  2. 2. Be the Client’s Champion

Act as a trusted partner to our solicitor clients. Whether you’re answering a query, providing an estimate, or checking in post-delivery, your professionalism and attention to detail will build long-lasting relationships that help drive our business forward.

  3. 3. Be the Gold Standard for Accuracy

You’ll produce, prepare, and quality-check important legal and medical documents, so precision is key. You’ll work with digital files, radiology reports, and case summaries, making sure everything is accurate, complete, and professionally presented.

  4. 4. Drive Improvement and Innovation

We’re growing and we’re hungry for ideas. You’ll have a seat at the table when it comes to improving processes, spotting inefficiencies, and creating smarter ways of working. You’ll be encouraged to challenge the norm and bring fresh thinking to how we deliver excellence. As your confidence grows, so will your influence.
