Job summary

WSP Real Estate Services Limited is seeking a Service Charge & Insurance Business Development Director to lead a national strategy, recruitment, client management, and growth across the UK’s advisory services.

The role requires deep knowledge of RICS codes, UK property markets, and a commercial mindset to drive pitches, tenders, and expanded service offerings within a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of RICS codes and practice notes.
• Understanding of UK commercial and residential property markets.
• Well-developed report writing skills.
• Commercially astute, proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategy to grow the Service Charge & Insurance business unit nationally.
• Lead the team and be involved in day-to-day and longer-term strategic running of the full range of instructions.
• Develop opportunities for Service Charge & Insurance to be introduced alongside other WSP services.
• Identify gaps and drive additional revenue streams through tailored client solutions.
• Maintain and develop client relationships and support on client engagement/contract management.
