WSP Real Estate Services Limited is seeking a Service Charge & Insurance Business Development Director to lead the national growth strategy and client engagement across the UK and Ireland. You will shape propositions, manage senior stakeholder relationships and drive cross‑practice collaboration within a global advisory network.

You will identify priority clients, oversee recruitment and team structuring, and contribute to tendering, pitches and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of relevant RICS codes and practice notes.
• Strong understanding of UK commercial and residential property markets.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Commercially astute and collaborative.
• Recognises interdependencies of property professional services.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement the strategy to grow the Service Charge & Insurance business unit nationally.
• Have a national and multi-sector understanding of Service Charge & Insurance markets.
• Be the custodian amongst the wider Real Estate Services team and exploit interdependencies to enhance client services.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business across the wider team and with external sources.
• Lead pitches, tenders, client meetings and commercial proposals.
• Identify gaps in the current proposition where additional expertise, products or services could create new revenue streams.
• Maintain and develop client relationships and support on client engagement/contract management.
• Maintain Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
