Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant with property industry experience and strong service charge accounting knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear communicator able to work with property managers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage annual service charge budgets and accounts.
• Complete service charge reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Review expenditure and allocate costs to properties accurately.
• Process and review supplier invoices and payments.
• Support year-end accounts, audits and statutory reporting.
