Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Service Centre Manager to lead operations in Glasgow (covering Carlisle depots). You will supervise staff, drive service and after-market growth, and hold full P&L responsibility for the location with a focus on compliance and customer satisfaction.

You will align Service, Equipment and Parts Sales, manage budgets and forecasts, develop regional strategies, and foster a high-performance team delivering high-quality service and efficient branch operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team-management experience.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Proven track record in improving customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and supervise all branch operations across Glasgow/Carlisle depots.
• Drive service growth and after-market opportunities while maintaining full P&L responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulations and safety standards.
• Plan budgets, service forecasts and track turnover and margins.
• Coordinate Service, Equipment and Parts Sales to maximize activity and profitability.
• Develop team capabilities and support career growth.
• Oversee HR processes and branch administration.
