Where is the work: Field-based: Work is conducted on-site at customer locations.
The Service Centre Manager leads branch operations, manages staff, and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, productivity, and commercial performance. The role is responsible for driving service and aftersales growth, maintaining efficient branch operations, and holding full profit and loss responsibility for the location. The postholder must also ensure compliance with company standards, corporate governance, and all relevant regulations. To cover Glasgow and Carlisle depots.
Preferred location: Glasgow.
The tasks and responsibilities for the role include:
Experience in Business Management an advantage
The incumbent will be a seasoned professional with relevant work experience within a similar role/service Industry
Strong experience of managing a team
Computer literate with focus on: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, company ERP system.
