Job summary

Installio Ltd. is seeking an experienced Service and Maintenance engineer to join our heat pump team. You will perform reactive maintenance, annual services, and support installation teams in the UK’s net-zero transition.

Training will be provided in FGas, heat pump design, and manufacturer courses. A competitive salary, pension, company vehicle and tools are part of the package, with 28 holidays per year.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced plumber/heating engineer with practical gas/heat pump knowledge.
• NVQ level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
• G3 Unvented and WRAS Water Regulations knowledge.
• Experience with heat pumps and installing pipework for unvented cylinders/radiators.
• Clean UK driving license with 6 points or fewer.

Responsibilities

• Support heat pump team with remedials and call outs.
• Conduct annual services for heat pumps.
• Assist install teams with fault finding and commissioning.
• Support air conditioning installations (training provided).
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service.

Tasks

Working directly in customers’ homes, you will be an intrinsic member of our heat pump team, tackling reactive maintenance and call outs, and conducting annual services. Prior experience with heat pumps is a must and you already have the skills needed to fault find and support our installation engineers. We will provide ongoing training to support your personal development with things like FGas, Heat pump design training, and manufacturer training.

Responsibilities

• Support our heat pump team solve remedials and call outs
• Conduct annual services for heat pumps
• Support install teams where necessary (Fault finding, commissioning, etc)
• Support with Air Con installations (training will be provided)
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service

Your profile

Required
