D.M.Keith Limited is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join the Kia Doncaster team. You will be the first point of contact for customers and coordinate vehicle bookings into the workshop, delivering a positive impression of our service department.

We offer manufacturer training, opportunities to progress, and a supportive family-run environment with full training provided; offsite brand training is a mandatory part of the role.

Qualifications

• Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance.

Responsibilities

• Booking vehicles into the workshop and updating customers on progress.
• Advising customers on technical queries and issues.
• Providing a professional and prompt service to customers as the first point of contact in the service department.
