Perrys Citroen & Peugeot Milton Keynes is seeking a Service Advisor. Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday, with Saturdays on a rota (day off in the week if working Saturday). Salary: Up to £27,000 OTE £35,000.

Perrys is one of the UK’s largest Car Dealership Groups, serving customers since 1908 with over 50 branches nationwide. We are official franchised dealers for brands including Ford, Kia, Mazda, and Vauxhall.

Service Advisor duties include:

• Greeting customers bringing their vehicles for scheduled & non-scheduled servicing and repairs.
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and updating customers on progress.
• Supporting the after-sales team and assisting the service manager in daily operations.
• Managing customer expectations professionally.
• Upselling additional products to customers.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership, bodyshop, or independent garage.
• Professional and presentable appearance.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to work weekends.
