Job summary

Silcom Recruitment Limited is recruiting on behalf of an established motor trade group dealership in Lincoln for an experienced Service Advisor. You will meet and greet customers, clarify Service, MOT and repair requirements, and manage their needs with personalised, proactive service throughout the day.

The role demands a minimum of 3 years in a dealership motor trade or similar, with excellent communication skills and a proactive upsell approach.

Job description

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting onbehalf of an established motor trade group dealership, with a site based in Lincoln. Our client is keen to add an experienced Service Advisor to their team on a full time basis, you will be responsible for the following:

Duties will include:

• To meet & greet your customers & clarify their Service, MOT and/or repair requirements.
• To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service.
• To up-sell products & Service Plans, handle objections and record sales activity.

Experience Required:

You will currently be working in a Service Advisor position, with ideally a minimum of 3 years’ motor trade experience in a dealership environment (or similar). Prior experience in a customer service based role in the motor trade is essential. Excellent communication skills.

The Package:

Basic Salary (experience dependant) up to £22,000 plus on target earnings of £30,000+

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm, 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8:00am - 1:00pm
