Steven Eagell Limited is seeking a Service Advisor to manage the service journey end-to-end and deliver exceptional aftersales care. You will build rapport with customers, provide accurate estimates, and coordinate workshop activities while promoting parts and services.

The role requires a Full UK Driving License and at least 2 years of automotive service experience, with a strong focus on customer service and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with customers and manage the service journey end-to-end.
• Provide accurate estimates and coordinate scheduling and workshop activities.
• Represent the Toyota brand and ensure a seamless service experience for customers.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote genuine parts and services while following up for satisfaction.
