Our client, a well-established franchised dealer group, is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor.

Responsibilities:

• Deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of customer service.
• Organise the loading of the workshop efficiently to ensure optimal utilisation of capacity.
• Follow up with customers and prospect to maintain and grow workshop volume, promoting accessories, tyres, Lifestyle products, insurance, etc.
• Maintain good relations with service customers and serve as the designated contact for vehicle updates.
• Explain and issue Vehicle Health Check reports to customers.

What's on Offer:

• Salary - £30k Basic, £35k OTE
• Monday - Friday, 8am to 6pm
• 1 in 3 Saturdays (part of contracted hours), 8.30am to 12.30pm
