Service Advisor

Wilmslow

Our client, a well-established franchised dealer group, is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor.

Responsibilities:

1. Deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of customer service.
2. Organise the loading of the workshop efficiently to ensure optimal utilisation of workshop capacity.
3. Carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and increase workshop volume and promote the sale of accessories, tyres, Lifestyle products, insurance, etc.
4. Liaise with service customers and act as the designated contact to maintain good relations and provide updates regarding vehicles.
5. Explain and issue the customer with the Vehicle Health Check report.

• Salary - £30,000 Basic
• £35,000 OTE
• Monday - Friday, 8am to 6pm
• 1 in 3 Saturdays (part of contracted hours), 8:30am to 12:30pm
