Job summary

Reactive Permanent Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Advisor/Aftersales Advisor for their Cribbs Causeway site in Bristol. The role requires recent dealership/garage experience and a customer-focused approach.

You will coordinate repairs, keep records clean, and upsell services with care. The position offers a starting salary of £29,750 per year with realistic bonus potential of £7,000+ and a Monday to Friday 8am–6pm schedule, plus a 1 in 3 Saturday rota on 8am–2pm at enhanced rate.

• Upsell maintenance services with care where appropriate.
• Liaise with internal colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.

Due to internal progression, our client seek an experienced Service Advisor to work from their prestigious Cribbs Causeway site in Bristol.

Service Advisor Package & Hours:

A starting salary of £29,750 per annum

REALISTIC bonus potential of another £7,000+ per annum

Mon-Fri 8am to 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota 8am to 2pm at 1.5x
