Overview

Service Advisor — Franchised Motor Dealership, Warrington

Our client, a motor trade employer, is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join the team.

Salary: 27k basic - 35k OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm; 1 Saturday morning per month.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers in the Aftersales department.
• Check vehicles in and out, liaise with customers to ensure the best possible customer experience, and secure future work as necessary.
• Promote additional products and services in collaboration with the Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Service Advisor role, ideally within a prestige dealership.
• Exceptional customer skills or experience in a customer service advisor role.
• Enthusiastic, with passion and drive for the automotive industry and a clear career ambition.
