Job description

An opportunity has just arisen for a SERVICE ADVISOR to join a well-established business representing a well-known brand.

The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in the business. It involves building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for setting customer expectations, maintaining communication throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, upselling additional products, and following up with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with the work carried out.

Previous customer-facing service experience is essential for consideration. Customer focus, relationship maintenance, and communication skills are paramount, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines. A full driving license without excess penalty points is also required.

Previous experience in this role is beneficial but not essential. If you have a solid track record in face-to-face customer service, are IT literate, well-presented, and maintain a professional demeanor, we would like to hear from you.
