Our automotive client is actively seeking an experienced Service Advisor to maintain and look after their customers in their service department in Sudbury.
This role is with a well-established, family-run automotive company that has been successfully trading in the local area for many years and is well regarded.
The day-to-day duties of a Service Advisor include greeting customers, booking vehicles in for service or repair, upselling additional products such as air-con recharge, tyres, oils, etc., updating customers on their vehicle's progress, invoicing, and collecting payments.
You will work with the front of house team to ensure smooth customer flow through the department.
To succeed, you should have a proven track record as a Service Advisor in the motor trade, be friendly, and excel at customer interaction and upselling.
