Role - Service Advisor/Service ReceptionistSalary - £30,000 basic OTE £36,000Location - Southport

Richard Abson Group is helping a premium car dealership in Southport find a quality Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.

The business is a well-known and reputable dealer group, working with several brands. They offer progression, support, and excellent training.

As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will assist customers with inquiries, technical information, and provide updates on their vehicles, as well as promote Service Plans and additional services.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within a main dealer network.
• Enthusiasm and passion for customer service and sales.
• Experience with Kerridge and 1Link is preferred.

Salary and hours:

Basic salary of £30,000 with uncapped bonuses for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales, earning between £36,000 - £37,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8:30am-12:30pm.
