Job summary

Vertu Land Rover Nelson is hiring a Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team in a premium dealership environment. You will be the face of the aftersales experience, manage bookings, keep customers updated, and build lasting relationships with a focus on delivering first-class service.

We offer a competitive £35,000 basic with OTE £36,800, excellent benefits, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, discounts, purchase schemes, a share incentive plan and pension.

• Experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.

About the role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our aftersales experience – ensuring every customer receives a seamless, professional and premium service from start to finish.

You’ll act as the key link between our customers and workshop, keeping everything running smoothly while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities:
