Job summary

Vertu Land Rover Taunton is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join its Aftersales team in a premium dealership environment. This pivotal customer-facing role represents a prestigious brand and a rewarding career at one of the UK’s leading motor retailers.

You’ll be the key link between customers and the workshop, delivering a seamless service from start to finish, while building lasting relationships and aiming for first-class standards.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience (essential).
• Experience as a Service Advisor or within automotive is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
• A proactive, organised approach in a fast-paced environment.
• A focus on delivering targets while maintaining excellent service standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer bookings and setting clear expectations.
• Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle service or repair.
• Identifying and upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
• Delivering a first-class customer experience at every touchpoint and following up to ensure complete satisfaction and repeat business.

About The Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our aftersales experience – ensuring every customer receives a seamless, professional and premium service from start to finish.
