About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your career with a premium brand Volvo, where you will be joining a friendly and efficient Aftersales department that is led by the Service Manager. We will ensure you feel part of the team from the very start and help to develop your skills and knowledge through continuous training and one to one catch up meetings.
Our Service Advisors play an important role in providing our customers with a personalised, premium experience as they come back to us time and time again for servicing, MOT and repairs. It is their job to show off their knowledge and expertise so that our customers have all the information they require when making decisions about the servicing of their vehicle. With this in mind, we provide ongoing training and development opportunities for our Service Advisors through customer experience workshops.
What you’ll do:
About you:
You will have heaps of energy, a warm personality and a real passion for delivering first class customer experiences. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily and are able to explain technical information clearly and concise. Previous experience using Kerridge also known as ADP would be an advantage.
For this role you will need to be able to maintain accurate customers records. You will be a great team player but be able to work independently also. We want to hear from you if you have worked in a similar role within the automotive industry or have a passion for customer service and cars!
