Service Advisor Vacancy – Maidenhead

Salary: £30,000 Basic OTE £36,000 (Uncapped) + OT and company benefits

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 7.45am - 6pm, NO WEEKENDS

We have a new vacancy for a Service Advisor at our client’s main dealership in Maidenhead. This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor to join a high-performing team. The role is suitable for someone seeking a long-term position.

Role:

• This position involves dealing with customers as they book their vehicles into the workshop. You will deliver high levels of customer service, understand their requirements, and advise on costs, time scales, and procedures.
• The role is at a busy dealership, requiring someone who can handle high volumes while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Requirements:

• Previous motor trade experience is essential. Experience from an independent garage demonstrating knowledge, confidence, and a driven attitude will be considered.
• A steady work history
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within a motor trade or car dealership
• Pinnacle or Kerridge experience is preferable but not essential; experience with dealership systems is important.
• A confident, friendly, and professional individual with a strong customer service background.
