A leading company is seeking a Junior Field Service Engineer to provide technical support and resolve hardware faults. This role requires travel to client sites and offers a competitive salary along with a company car. Successful candidates will have hands-on experience with various end-user technologies and a genuine commitment to customer service.
As a Junior Field Service Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch technical support. You’ll be responsible for resolving hardware faults in line with contracted services, primarily on a variety of End User technologies. Your ability to manage the ticket queue, meet SLAs, and exceed customer expectations will be essential.
While this position is based from home, you’ll travel to client sites across a large region, including Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Warwickshire, and Buckinghamshire. We provide a company car and fuel card to support your travel.
