Location: Battersea Jaguar Land Rover

Contract type: Permanent, full-time

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays on a rota (1 in 3) 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

Salary: Up to £30k Basic Plus OTE

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join the team at Jaguar Land Rover. This is a permanent, full-time role based on a 42-hour weekly contract, including Saturday mornings on a rota, with a highly competitive starting salary. You will join a friendly, efficient Aftersales department led by a talented Service Manager. We are committed to helping you feel part of the team from the start and to developing your skills through continuous training and one-on-one support.

Our Service Advisors play a crucial role in providing our customers with a personalized, premium experience, encouraging repeat business for servicing, MOT, and repairs. They must demonstrate expertise and knowledge to inform customers effectively about their vehicle servicing options. We support ongoing development through customer experience workshops.

  1. Booking MOTs, services, and repairs for customers
  2. Advising customers on warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories beneficial to them
  3. Coordinating with the Aftersales team to organize appointments based on workload and call volume
  4. Handling high volumes of customer interactions, including calls and online bookings
  5. Communicating turnaround times and updates throughout the service process
  6. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems accordingly

We value energetic, personable individuals passionate about delivering top-tier customer service. You should have excellent communication skills, rapport-building abilities, and the capacity to explain technical details clearly. Experience with Kerridge (also known as ADP) is advantageous.

Applicants must be capable of maintaining precise customer records. You should be a team player yet able to work independently. We welcome candidates with experience in similar roles within the automotive industry or those passionate about cars and customer service.
