Job summary

Allen Motor Group are seeking a Service Administrator for our OMODA dealership in Coventry. The role focuses on smooth operation through efficient administration and a high level of customer care.

The position is full-time and permanent, with Monday–Friday hours and Saturday AM on a 1 in 3 rota, reporting to the Aftersales Manager. • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Great attention to detail and customer service background.
• Experience using computer software systems.

Responsibilities

• Advising and assisting customers using the company systems to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Carrying out administrative tasks linked to the running of the service operation.
• Ensuring quotes and charges are recorded accurately and invoices are produced in line with AMG guidelines.
• Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines.
• Ensuring recorded information is accurate and stored correctly.
