Job summary

Cleankill Environmental Services in Kenley is seeking a Service Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to coordinate field-based pest control technicians and ensure customers receive efficient, reliable service from start to finish.

You’ll be the main contact for customers and technicians, managing schedules, queries and documentation, while working with Sales and Management to improve processes and maintain CRM records and invoices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, coordination or customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM systems, scheduling software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch pest control technicians to customer locations with efficient routing.

• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email, arrange appointments and resolve service queries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service histories in the CRM.
• Prepare and process service agreements, invoices and related documents.
• Ensure technicians have equipment and information for each visit.
• Monitor service progress and update customers as needed.
• Assist with inventory management of pest control products and equipment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Management for a seamless customer experience.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Identify process improvements to enhance service coordination.
