Job summary

Skillframe Ltd is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the management of a waste collection and street cleansing contract. You will work with the contractor to ensure high service levels, monitor performance, and address issues promptly.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, willingness to travel, and experience in contract monitoring, health and safety awareness, and excellent communication. Flexi hours but core 10–3, with pro rata salary and annual car allowance.

Qualifications

• Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
• Experience in monitoring contracts and using performance systems.
• Experience in customer care and handling complaints.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations Manager in managing the waste collection and street cleansing contract.
• Monitor day-to-day performance and work with contractor to improve customer satisfaction.
• Investigate and resolve complaints from residents and councillors.
