Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting a Pest Control Technician to support across our client sites in the UK. The role includes a fully expensed company vehicle, PPE, equipment, company uniform and a mobile phone, with commission on sales from generated leads.

You will carry out preventative pest control visits and respond to reactive call outs, while planning your own diary to meet service level agreements. A BPCA Level 2 accreditation and a UK driving licence are essential, along with flexibility for

About The Role:

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - Based on 40 hours per week(Participation in weekend call out rota required)

We are currently recruiting for a Pest Control Technician to support across our client’s sites.

The role includes a fully expensed company vehicle, PPE, equipment, company uniform & mobile phone. We also offer commission on sales generated from leads.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Carry out preventative pest control visits to a wide spectrum of commercial clients
• Responding to reactive call outs to customers’ premises
• Completion of service reports for each visit
• Managing and planning your own diary so that visits are completed within agreed time scales - meeting service level agreements

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

You must hold BPCA accreditation to a minimum of level 2 and have a full UK driving licence.

• You will be an excellent communicator, skilled at working autonomously
• Experience in a wide range of premises would be beneficial
• Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills
• A high degree of flexibility in working hours and types of jobs undertaken
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on call rota and to work overtime when and where required
• Have excellent attention to detail and technically competent
• Flexibility to meet the needs of the business is essential
