Job summary

We Change Lives (WCL) is seeking a Servery Support Assistant at Heathside Care Home in Penketh, Warrington. You will help make mealtimes enjoyable for residents and provide essential support to those living with dementia through friendly service in the dining rooms.

Your duties include serving breakfast, assisting with food and drinks, serving hot drinks, recording intake in the Nourish system, and following dietary requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or customer-facing roles is beneficial.

About the Role

Join our friendly team at Heathside Care Home, supporting older people and those living with dementia.

As a Servery Support Assistant, you'll help make mealtimes enjoyable and ensure residents receive the support they need.

Your duties will include:

• Serving breakfast to residents.
• Supporting residents with food and drinks in the dining room.
• Serving hot drinks throughout the home.
• Recording food and fluid intake using our Nourish system.
• Following residents' dietary and modified food requirements.

• £12.71 per hour
• Permanent contract – 7.5 hours per week
• Shift Pattern: Saturday & Sunday, 8:00am – 11:45am
