We Change Lives is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Heathside and The Mews in Penketh, Warrington. You will provide compassionate personal care, support residents with daily activities, and help create a safe, respectful environment.
We are looking for individuals with at least 2 years in care, a Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience, and leadership qualities to supervise shifts and guide colleagues.
