Job summary

Cosy Club Birmingham, part of Loungers, is hiring Front of House Servers for a festive period. The role involves serving guests, clearing glasses, and supporting a fast-paced service environment. You’ll enjoy tips with a competitive hourly rate and benefits that promote work-life balance.

Applicants with prior FOH experience are welcome, but a positive attitude and ability to work well in a team are more important. You must be 18+ for this position.

Qualifications

• 18+ required due to business nature.
• Experience in front-of-house is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests and take orders in a fast-paced Christmas period.
• Clear tables and assist with turnover between guest sittings.
• Support bar and restaurant team to ensure smooth service.

This position is available on a temporary Christmas contract. The details of the contract will be agreed upon with the hiring manager during the interview process. Any temporary contracts can be extended to permanent on the discretion of the hiring manager.
