Job summary

Cosy Club Cardiff is hiring a chef for a temporary Christmas contract. The role focuses on cooking from scratch, working across a lively kitchen team, and delivering guests an exceptional dining experience from brunch to dinner.

You'll enjoy meals on shift, paid breaks, and a supportive rota with regular time off, including weekends off every six weeks. Join a welcoming team that values quality ingredients and a collaborative kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Comfort with cooking from scratch and high-quality ingredients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to standard and recipe specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen.
• Support teammates during busy service periods.

This position is available on a temporary Christmas contract. The details of the contract will be agreed upon with the hiring manager during the interview process. Any temporary contracts can be extended to permanent on the discretion of the hiring manager.
