Job summary

Cosy Club Birmingham is seeking an experienced Chef to join our busy kitchen. You’ll cook fresh, from-scratch dishes and contribute to a vibrant dining experience in the heart of Birmingham.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to cook from scratch with fresh ingredients.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles.

Responsibilities

• Cook dishes to order with consistency and pace.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen stations.
• Adhere to recipes, portion control and health & safety standards.

This position is available on a temporary Christmas contract. The details of the contract will be agreed upon with the hiring manager during the interview process. Any temporary contracts can be extended to permanent on the discretion of the hiring manager.
